Construction
What's under the glass.
Five layers. Each one specified, weighed and checked before the next goes on.

Gloss coat
UV-cure polyester hot coat, sanded flat and polished to 2000 grit. Sealed against water, ready for wax.
- 02
Fibreglass
4 + 4 oz E-glass on the deck, 4 oz on the bottom. Hand laminated, resin wet-out measured by weight.
- 03
Blank
Close-tolerance PU blank, CNC-cut to 0.5 mm from the master file. Rails and tail finished by hand.
- 04
Stringer
6 mm basswood, centre-glued and planed true. Flex memory and drive from tail to nose.
- 05
Fins
FCS II boxes set on a jig to cant and toe. Honeycomb-core fibreglass fins, foiled to the file.

Tested whereit counts.
Three riders, three disciplines, three sets of custom dims. Every change to a model is surfed in heats before it reaches the file.
